  ii) Market manipulation, including pump and dump schemes, false or misleading trading activities, or any other actions aimed at artificially influencing market prices.
  iii) Unauthorized access to accounts or systems, hacking, or any attempts to compromise the security of the platform or its users’ information.
  iv) Distribution of malware, viruses, or any other malicious software or code.
  v) Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of ai’s platform or services.
  vi) Engaging in any actions that may cause harm, damage, or inconvenience to AlgosOne.ai, its users, or any third parties.
• Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, legal consequences, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities as required by law.

9.3 Reporting Suspicious Activities

• If you become aware of any suspicious or unauthorized activities on the AlgosOne.ai platform, you must immediately report them to the AlgosOne.ai support team. Prompt reporting of such activities helps maintain a secure trading environment and protects the interests of all users.
• AlgosOne.ai reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate actions, including but not limited to suspending or terminating accounts, freezing funds, and cooperating with legal authorities, to address any suspected fraudulent or illegal activities.

You understand that any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account, legal consequences, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

10. Fees and Charges

• By using AlgosOne.ai’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the payment of various fees associated with the use of the platform. These fees may include, but are not limited to:
  i) Trading fees: A fee charged for executing trades on the platform. The trading fee may be a percentage of the transaction value or a fixed amount per trade.
  ii) Deposit and withdrawal fees: Fees charged for depositing funds into your AlgosOne.ai account or withdrawing funds from your account to an external wallet or bank account. The deposit and withdrawal fees may vary depending on the specific cryptocurrency or fiat currency involved.
  iii) Transaction fees for specific services: Additional fees may be applicable for specific services offered on AlgosOne.ai, such as margin trading, futures trading, or other advanced trading features. These fees will be clearly communicated to you when using those services.

• All fees and charges are payable in the currency in which the respective transaction or service is denominated. You are responsible for any additional costs or fees associated with currency conversion or transfers.

10.3 Modifications to Fee Structure

• AlgosOne.ai reserves the right to modify or update the fee structure at its discretion. Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated to you through appropriate channels, such as email notifications or announcements on the AlgosOne.ai platform.
• It is your responsibility to review and understand the updated fee structure. By continuing to use AlgosOne.ai’s services after the modifications have been implemented, you indicate your acceptance of the revised fees and charges.

10.4 Early Contract Termination and Withdrawal Penalties

Withdrawals from the trading balance before the contract expiration date may result in penalties for the Client, subject to the trading tier and the funds availability. In such cases, the early termination of the contract will also lead to the forfeiture of all profits earned on the deposited funds up to that point. However, at the Company’s sole discretion, certain trading tiers may grant the Client a commitment-free 14-day trial period starting from the registration date, during which no early withdrawal penalties will apply. The operating company might offer an early trading contract termination on it’s sole discretion only

You acknowledge and accept the payment of fees and charges associated with the use of AlgosOne.ai’s services. You understand that these fees may include trading fees, deposit and withdrawal fees, transaction fees for specific services, or any other applicable charges. You further acknowledge that AlgosOne.ai reserves the right to modify the fee structure and will provide you with notice of any such changes.

10.5 Trial Period Terms and Conditions

10.5.1. Algosone Trial Period Overview

The Algosone Trial Period is an exclusive offering designed for new users initiating their initial account funding. This unique opportunity allows users to evaluate our services without incurring early termination penalties for a specified 14-day trial period.

10.5.2. Trial Period Mechanics

During the Trial Period, users making their first deposit into their Algosone account can freely withdraw the deposited amount without facing any early termination penalties. Specifically, users funding their accounts with up to 999 USD can withdraw the entire amount within the 14-day trial period.

10.5.3. Eligibility Criteria for the Trial Period

To qualify for the Trial Period, users must be new account holders and fund their account for the first time. The deposited amount should not exceed 999 USD. In the event that a user creates multiple plans during the Trial Period, the cumulative amount across all plans must still be below 999 USD for all benefits to apply. However, only one plan can be terminated without penalty.

10.5.4. Multiple Plans and Trial Period Benefits

Users with multiple plans during the Trial Period can still enjoy no-penalty withdrawal for one of their plans. However, the total combined amount across all plans must remain below 999 USD for this benefit to be applicable.

10.5.5. Post Trial Period Terms

Upon the conclusion of the 14-day Trial Period, standard Algosone terms and conditions will take effect. Users will be subject to the regular rules and policies concerning early termination penalties, account management, and other pertinent terms.

10.6.6. Maximizing the Trial Period

To make the most of the Trial Period, users are encouraged to leverage the opportunity to explore and experience the Algosone platform with a risk-free initial deposit. This serves as an excellent means to assess our services and features before committing to a longer-term arrangement.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Ownership of Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights associated with AlgosOne.ai, its website, and services, are the exclusive property of AlgosOne.ai or its licensors.
• Your use of ai’s services does not grant you any ownership or rights to the intellectual property of AlgosOne.ai. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on the intellectual property without explicit written consent from AlgosOne.ai.

11.2 Unauthorized Use

• You are strictly prohibited from using ai’s intellectual property for any unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
  i) Reproducing, copying, or imitating any part of ai’s website, platform, or content.
  ii) Using ai’s intellectual property for personal or commercial gain without obtaining prior written consent.
  iii) Engaging in any activities that infringe upon or violate AlgosOne.ai’s intellectual property rights.
• Any unauthorized use of ai’s intellectual property may result in legal action and may incur civil or criminal penalties.

11.3 Reporting Intellectual Property Infringements

• AlgosOne.ai respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by any content or activities on the AlgosOne.ai platform, please promptly notify AlgosOne.ai in writing.
• When reporting an intellectual property infringement, provide the following information:
  i) A detailed description of the intellectual property being infringed and the specific content or activities involved.
  ii) Sufficient evidence to support your claim, such as links, screenshots, or other relevant information.
  iii) Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  iv) A statement affirming that the information provided is accurate and that you have a good faith belief that the use of the intellectual property is unauthorized.
• AlgosOne.ai will promptly investigate reported intellectual property infringements and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing content, terminating user accounts, or any other measures deemed necessary.

By using AlgosOne.ai’s services, you acknowledge that all intellectual property rights associated with AlgosOne.ai, its website, and services are owned by AlgosOne.ai or its licensors. You agree not to use AlgosOne.ai’s intellectual property without explicit written consent and not to engage in any activities that infringe upon AlgosOne.ai’s intellectual property rights. Furthermore, you understand that AlgosOne.ai takes intellectual property infringements seriously and will take appropriate action upon receiving valid reports of such infringements.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by AlgosOne.ai

• AlgosOne.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to its services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
  i) Violation of the terms and conditions, including any prohibited activities outlined in Section 7.
  ii) Fraudulent or illegal activities conducted on or through the AlgosOne.ai platform.
  iii) Suspicion of unauthorized access, use, or tampering with the AlgosOne.ai platform or user accounts.
  iv) Non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requests.
  v) Any actions that may harm AlgosOne.ai, its reputation, or other users of the platform.
• In the event of termination or suspension, AlgosOne.ai may notify you by email or through other means of communication available on the platform.

12.2 Termination by User

• You have the right to terminate your account with AlgosOne.ai at any time by providing written notice to AlgosOne.ai.
• Upon termination of your account, you will no longer have access to the services provided by AlgosOne.ai, and any funds or assets held within your account may be subject to the withdrawal procedures.
• Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

12.3 Consequences of Termination

• Upon termination, whether initiated by AlgosOne.ai or the user, you agree to cease using the AlgosOne.ai platform and services immediately.
• In the event of termination by AlgosOne.ai due to violation of the terms and conditions, AlgosOne.ai reserves the right to take further actions, including but not limited to:
  i) Blocking access to your account and any associated funds or assets.
  ii) Reporting your activities to relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

12.4 Survival of Provisions

• Sections of the terms and conditions that, by their nature, should survive termination shall continue to be in effect after the termination of your account. These provisions may include, but are not limited to, the intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution sections.

12.5 By applying for an account deletion, users acknowledge and agree that any funds remaining in the account at the time of deletion will become irrecoverable. It is the user’s responsibility to withdraw any funds from their account before initiating the account deletion process. Once the deletion process is initiated, all remaining funds within the account will be deemed unrecoverable, and no claims for the retrieval of these funds will be entertained. Users are advised to exercise caution and prudence when deciding to delete their account, ensuring that all necessary financial transactions are completed beforehand.

By using AlgosOne.ai’s services, you acknowledge that AlgosOne.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its discretion for various reasons outlined in the terms and conditions. You also have the right to terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you agree to cease using the AlgosOne.ai platform, and any consequences or liabilities resulting from termination will apply. Certain provisions of the terms and conditions will continue to be in effect even after termination.

13: Limitation of Liability

13.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

• AlgosOne.ai provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While AlgosOne.ai strives to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of the information and services provided, it makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the services or information.
• You acknowledge and agree that your use of the AlgosOne.ai platform and services is at your own risk. AlgosOne.ai disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free service.

13.2 Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlgosOne.ai, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
   i) Your use or inability to use the AlgosOne.ai platform or services.
   ii) Any conduct or content of any third party on the AlgosOne.ai platform.
   iii) Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data or transmissions.
   iv) Any unauthorized access to or alteration of the AlgosOne.ai platform or its systems.
   v) Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided on the AlgosOne.ai platform.
   vi) Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the AlgosOne.ai platform or services.
   vii) Any viruses, malware, or other harmful components transmitted through the AlgosOne.ai platform.
   viii) Any delays or disruptions in the operation of the AlgosOne.ai platform or services.
   ix) Any loss or damage arising from investment or trading decisions made based on the information or services provided by AlgosOne.ai.
2. In no event shall the aggregate liability of AlgosOne.ai, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers exceed the amount you have invested or deposited with AlgosOne.ai.

13.3 Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgosOne.ai, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with:i) Your use of the AlgosOne.ai platform or services.
  ii) Your violation of the terms and conditions.
  iii) Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  iv) Any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the AlgosOne.ai platform.
  v) Any loss or damage caused to AlgosOne.ai or other users of the platform as a result of your actions or omissions.

13.4 Third-Party Services and Links

• The AlgosOne.ai platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by AlgosOne.ai. AlgosOne.ai does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that AlgosOne.ai shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your use of or reliance on any third-party websites or services.

13.5 Jurisdictional Limitations

• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some of the limitations set forth in this section may not apply to you.
• To the extent that any liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, the aggregate liability of AlgosOne.ai, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By using the AlgosOne.ai platform and services, you acknowledge and agree that AlgosOne.ai, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred while using the platform. AlgosOne.ai disclaims any warranties and makes no representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of its services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlgosOne.ai from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the platform. You acknowledge that the limitation of liability provisions in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

14: Referral Program

14.1 Referral Commission Eligibility

a) AlgosOne.ai offers a referral program that allows registered users (“Referrers”) to earn referral commissions by referring new users (“Referred Users”) to the platform.

b) To be eligible for referral commissions, the Referrer must be an active user with a verified account on AlgosOne.ai.

c) The Referred User must be a new user who signs up through the Referrer’s unique referral link or code provided by AlgosOne.ai.

d) AlgosOne.ai reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Referrers and Referred Users before crediting any referral commissions.

14.2 Referral Commission Crediting

a) Referral commissions will be credited to the Referrer’s account only after the Referred User has successfully completed the registration process and made a qualifying deposit into their AlgosOne.ai account.

b) If the Referred User is eligible for a trial period as mentioned in Section [Trial Period Eligibility], the referral commission will be credited to the Referrer’s account only after the trial period has ended, and the Referred User has made a qualifying deposit.

14.3 Qualifying Deposit

a) A qualifying deposit, for the purpose of the referral program, refers to a minimum deposit amount as determined by AlgosOne.ai. The specific minimum deposit requirement will be communicated to Referrers through the AlgosOne.ai platform or related documentation.

b) Referral commissions will not be credited for Referred Users who do not make a qualifying deposit within the specified time frame.

14.4 Referral Commission Rates

a) The referral commission rate may vary and is subject to change at the discretion of AlgosOne.ai.

b) The current referral commission rate and any changes to the rate will be communicated to Referrers through the AlgosOne.ai platform or related documentation.

14.5 Withdrawal of Referral Commissions

a) Referral commissions earned by Referrers will be available for withdrawal, subject to the withdrawal procedures and policies of AlgosOne.ai.

b) The withdrawal of referral commissions may be subject to additional verification and compliance checks to prevent fraud and ensure the integrity of the referral program.

14.6 Prohibited Activities

a) Referrers are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or manipulative activities to earn referral commissions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using fake or misleading information, or engaging in any other activities that violate AlgosOne.ai’s Terms and Conditions.

b) Violation of these prohibitions may result in the disqualification of the Referrer from the referral program and may lead to the suspension or termination of the Referrer’s account.

14.7 Modification and Termination

a) AlgosOne.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

b) In the event of modification or termination, AlgosOne.ai will honor any referral commissions earned by Referrers before the modification or termination date, subject to the terms and conditions in effect at that time.

By participating in the AlgosOne.ai referral program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Referral Program section. AlgosOne.ai reserves the right to make changes to the referral program and its terms, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any updates. Any violations of the referral program’s terms may result in the disqualification from the program and potential account suspension or termination.

15. Amendments

15.1 Right to Amend

• AlgosOne.ai reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any amendments will become effective immediately upon their posting on the AlgosOne.ai platform or through other appropriate channels as determined by AlgosOne.ai.
• It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly to stay informed about any changes. Your continued use of the AlgosOne.ai platform and services after the amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

In the event that any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall still apply. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and AlgosOne.ai. The laws of the jurisdiction where AlgosOne.ai is registered or operates govern these terms, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
