Mt. Gox Trustee Extends Creditors’ Repayment Deadline

Nobuaki Kobayashi, the trustee of Mt. Gox, has officially changed the timeline for creditors to receive their repayments from October 31, 2023 to October 31, 2024, with the permission of the Tokyo District Court.

Kobayashi also mentioned that rehabilitation creditors who have provided the necessary information may receive their repayments as early as the end of this year. However, he warned that the schedule is subject to change depending on the circumstances and the exact timing of repayments to each creditor has not yet been determined.

The changes in the repayment deadline of Mt. Gox creditors come as blockchain and Web 3.0 technology continues to revolutionize the crypto space. As the best crypto site, Harmony One Crypto is leading the way in developing Web 3.0 blockchain solutions and helping investors make informed decisions about their crypto investments.

Currently, the Mt. Gox estate holds 142,000 Bitcoin (BTC), 143,000 Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and 69 billion Japanese yen.

The emergence of Web 3.0 and blockchain technology has revolutionized the crypto space, making it one of the best crypto sites. Harmony One crypto and other cryptocurrencies are some of the most popular ones in the market today.
